Pushing Daisies

Postby diddy » Sun Apr 13, 2008 10:05 am

Anyone watch this last night, and what did you think?
I thought it was quite a good idea, but a bit too sugary.
Was hoping for something more like Six Feet Under.
What has happened to Anna Friel's mouth?
Too many cigarettes, I think.
That and botox!
The charade must go on.

I have watched the whole first season and it is not great but was still quite good. Agree in can get a bit sugary (which I always hate) but it is still quirky and fun. I will be watching the next season.

The bloke who plays ned has a new film coming out called "The fall" which looks really good

I think it's nice and fun. Quite warming 8)

It's reminding me quite a bit of Amalie, with the other waitress and her admirer and the wackininess and the voiceover explanations.

I do like Anna Friel
Indeed I never shall be satisfied with Romeo
Till I behold him - dead -
