Just saw that. Really sad. I thought for sure he had just gone somewhere to clear his head.

headlines say he had been dead for 6 days - I thought he was found at Paddington station,. Awful tragedy

Take me down if I'm wrong, but drug abuse seems to be the root of this, if the BBC pays them to much, so be it, why should I pay my licence fee to pay Cocaine bills. :twisted:

You don't. You pay your licence fee for some great (and sadly, some appalling) television.

What he chose to spend his money on was his business I guess.

My kids got nothing but joy from watching this guy on television. For anyone interested I have had an email from his management company (in reply to a condolence) to say that there will be a foundation set up in his honour.

I am sure it will do some good work.
When we step out on to the pitch on Sunday, all friendships will be forgotten
