monthly fee would depend on which month

rather big villa for 1 person though sleeps 6 comfortably and has extra airbeds if more wish to stay

price is always the same no matter how many go so the more peeps the cheaper it is!

Glad you got someone to take the business of your mother's villa seriously. Hope you get someone to rent it soon, and even better if a 3arguido forumite.

P.S. Also, I have to say -- I think Jose Mourinho is soooooooooooo sexy! (ooooo!)

Wouldn't mind the first week in July, how much would that be? There will only be four of us, so might work out cheaper to go into a hotel as usual.

and BJR hands off Mourinho, he's all mine grrrrrrrr
It was our holiday too

Sounds wonderful, Tabs - I'll tell the other half we have somewhere nice to stay in the Algarve but it probably won't be this year. OH's firm can't survive a week without him at the moment - we're getting married in August but only having a week's honeymoon in the Isle of Man. Have to be Portugal in 2009 probably. Is it a quiet location?

I am sure Tabs won't mind, but to all of you who want to know whether the villa is in a good quiet area, I can vouche for the fact that it is. I live quite close to the villa and can assure anyone that Guia is a lovely place. Safe for children!!!!!
