LAP*OP SNAFU

Can a lap*op keyboa*d be mended/*eplaced? I d*opped a ciggie on mine and messed up 2 keys Look a* *he as*e*ixes shw which 2, HELP!! Will I have *o buy a new one of can I have i* mended?

Please explain how a ciggie can prevent these keys from working...I fail to see it... :D

It is easier to replace. It's not hard. Check ebay for your exact model keyboard, and then online you can get instructions on how to replace it yourself. I can help you out, if you need. But, since each model is different, the hinges and screws are in different places. I replaced my laptop keyboard. Bought it off ebay for a total of 20 pounds. Not cheap, but cheaper than a new laptop! Good luck!
