A heartfelt plea

Postby bobobo » Fri Mar 28, 2008 10:45 pm

Hello,
I don't know what to say other then I am shocked by the hate hidden under the guise of 'Justice for Maddie' thread. I was referred to this site by a very active family member (anti-as you would say) and whose life seems to have been consumed by it. I am a ordinary person with a ordinary life and having read through a selection of threads I still cannot understand why such venom has been thrown at a couple who in my eyes lost a daughter for whatever reason (and even after reading the many of the topics posted on this site still do not think they are guilty)

To all of you on this site, please, please, please realise that this is Not real life. You are not going to solve this case. You have not been assigned to this case, you are not an investigator on this case, you personally are not a member of Portuguese or British police. Get it? MOVE ON! PLEASE!

Most of the general public while feeling absolutely sorry for the McCanns have moved on. I just want my family member back please and to realise that this is not real life.

Only one answer to that.

"First they came for the Communists, but I was not a Communist so I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Socialists and the Trade Unionists, but I was neither, so I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Jews, but I was not a Jew so I did not speak out.
And when they came for me, there was no one left to speak out for me."
As I slide down the Bannister of Life.
Rhodes3 and its ilk are just small insignificant Splinters in my Derrière.

"Get it? MOVE ON! PLEASE! "

Because YOU say so??? Dont think so!

Personally speaking I dont want to or have any intention of "solving" the case, I will leave that to the PJ thanks, thats their job, mine is something entirely different.

Bo are you related to the McCanns?

And this IS real life. A child may have been murdered because two parents didn't look after her. You don't talk about news articles in your family? You don't discuss what could have happened in certain circumstances?

Of course you do. Not everyone here is 'anti' McCann. Most topics here are discussing what COULD have happened to Madeleine. Its not a crime...and the thing to remember is, if we didn't care about Madeleine, we wouldn't be here :)

oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.

Have you tried persuading your 'dear family member' to seek counselling for their affliction?

I know very few members of the general public who feel sorry for the mcscums, i do however know plenty who feel great sadness for the VERY REAL and once VERY ALIVE Madeleine McCann.

Oh and the WHATEVER reason for losing Madeliene was that they neglected all 3 of their so called treasured children.
I'm on the payroll........WHAT...you didn't know!!!!!!

Moving to the Health Forum, perhaps one of our members might help with your problem.
To my critics
When I'm in a sober mood, I worry, work and think,
When I'm in a drunken mood, I gamble, play and drink,
But when my moods are over and my time has come to pass,
I hope I'm buried upside down, so the world may kiss my ar*e

Don't know what the OP defines as "real life", since the McCanns are real people and all the posters here are real people? :?

However their opinion - as stated in the rest of their post - is certainly valid from an outsider's perspective and from someone who hasn't been obsessed with this case like some others have. So it should be considered and respected and not dismissed out of hand. Especially since the OP wasn't in any way rude, just stating their opinion which they're certainly entitled to... IMHO

Of course they are. You don't think the word 'hate' hidden away in that first bit gives the game away a bit tho?
