HAVANA CLUB RUM COCKTAIL

1/2 shot Olorosso Sherry
1 1/2 shots Havana 7 Year Old
1/2 shot Dark Crme de Cacao
3 dashes of Angostura orange bitters

HOW TO MAKE IT
Add ice and sherry to a mixing glass. Add the other ingredients then stir and strain into a chilled Martini glass

THE VERDICT
"Havana 7 Year Old rum has a slightly chocolaty nose so I decided to use the Orange elements from an El Presidente cocktail and the Sherry rinse to give this drink a warm, Christmassy feel," said MOJO mixologist, Sam Fish.
To my critics
When I'm in a sober mood, I worry, work and think,
When I'm in a drunken mood, I gamble, play and drink,
But when my moods are over and my time has come to pass,
I hope I'm buried upside down, so the world may kiss my ar*e

COCKTAIL

CHIVAS MOSQUITO
50 ml Chivas Regal 12 yr
5 ml apple liqueur/Sourz
4 wedges of fresh lime
2 spoons sugar syrup
8 mint leaves
Splash of soda (optional)
Crushed Ice

HOW TO MAKE IT
Place mint leaves in the base of a highball glass and press gently with the base of the bar spoon. Add the sugar syrup followed by the lime wedges. Macerate the limes with a muddler until juice and oils have mixed with the mint. Add the Chivas and stir with the other ingredients. Add crushed ice two thirds up the glass. Stir all ingredients and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

The perfect summer drink.
