Re: Why was Madeleine wearing sandals?

Some do say the tennis photo is suspect and maybe was taken in Donegal earlier in the year. I read it on this forum, so don't immediately discount the notion. So many little blonde girls in pink. Looks like Ocean Club Tennis Courts.. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/LizzyTay...

Re: It is NOT a neglect investigation

Ah yes, but remember they didn't just neglect Madeleine - the twins were also left alone on May 3rd, so they could be charged with homicide/disposal of body (in relation to Madeleine), and an additional charge of neglect of the twins...I think? :? If they left just before 9.00pm..Gerry went ba...

Re: It is NOT a neglect investigation

Personally I don't believe that the PJ can (or will) go for 'neglect' charges for May 3 at least. If they 'know' Maddie was not alive and someone could have been in the apartment (maybe 'jemmying' shutters) then the twins were not necessarily alone that night...After all they were only gone for a l...

Re: if neglect charges happen - does that end the murder case

If they can't file neglect charges for May 3, then it would have to be for the previous nights, but that would not include the neglect leading to 'abduction'....unless the pj can prove something happened to Maddie on the 2nd..

Am I correct?

Re: if neglect charges happen - does that end the murder case

I dont think neglect charges are possible for May 3. If the police 'know' Maddie was already dead how can they charge them for neglect? I'm still trying to get my head around this issue....Can someone confirm if it is possible? If they were 'setting up' for the 'abduction' then there could have b...

Re: McCanns 'Could Face Neglect Charges' - Sky News

Am I correct in thinking that if the police 'know' that Maddie was already dead before they went to the tapas then 'neglect' charges (for that night) cannot be laid? :?

Re: May 2nd or May 3rd?

I have several reasons I believe it was the 2nd that 'something' happened... 1)Cleaning lady refused on the morning of the third... 2)The over abundance of 'info' about the 3rd (New Zealand wine..Last picture timing...Maddie making comments etc...All to 'inspire everyone to subconsciously believe ...

Re: Leicester Mercury 28/9- LOOK at the headline!

Great headline, but a pity they didn't add that the other arguido, Robert Murat was willing to make himself available for the reenactment. It would have given a few smiles to their readers to know he was actually willing to have a cup of tea with his mum in their kitchen, which was (allegedly) what...
